You do "random" so well. That wood cutting was fascinating. What are you going to do with it now? Sweet Pea is so cute. Cool helmet. We need a pic of you on your scooter.

Love your post. Of course, I love the pics of the cattle, they look like Highlanders to me. Which is a Scottish breed. Looks like you had lots of fun.

What beautiful countryside! Looks like a great weekend - even if it was a little cold. We already had temps in the 100's this week so I'm a 'little' jealous of the cool weather. Hope you're feeling better today!

So fascinating to see the logs done. I just had no idea they had portable equipment like that. We used to go out getting logs to split for firewood. My grandfather had 13 cords stacked up. He used it to heat his house.I love watching baby birds grow.

What a wonderful post! I loved hearing about your trip and seeing the pictures. I've never seen that (the log thing) done before. Looks like Sweet Pea had a good time too. I'm sure you had a much better day than playing with us old ladies. Next month we'll look for you!

That sounds like an awesome Mother's Day Stephanie! What a wonderful BIL you have to be so kind to Sweet Pea. And she's just adorable!!!
