Goodness, I woke up this morning and saw your post. Then tonight when I turned on the computer I saw your post at the top of my list and couldn't figure out why no one had posted anything all day. That chocolate ganache recipe looks yummy!

I've made hot chocolate on a stick using a slightly different, possibly a little easier, recipe from Givers Log. http://www.giverslog.com/?p=3290

I like that this one incorporates the marshmallow, though! I've been trying to think how one could do that reasonably.
