I think I'd skip the buttons...I agree that you can't set things on them well. Things like, say a dozen roses if they should happen to appear at your door (HeeHee)! If you think it needs something more, how about some fancy stitches on the solid border, just a thought. What machine do you use? I think I read that you embroider...try that.

Steph, your fabric is so busy, that no one is going to notice except you! So I would say that if the table runner has taught you all that it can, then leave it as is. Love the colors...it looks so nice and springy!


Thanks, Jeanne and Maggie! I think I am going to sit on it for now and not do anything. That's what my gut was telling me last night. You are right, Maggie. Now that I've been away from it for a few days and let it sit on the table, I don't notice it all. No one will look that close!
