I'm having a super busy week (again). I just realized that on this week, I will only have eaten four breakfasts at home by Friday. Every other meal will be either eaten out or at my office. That's the kind of week I'm having. It leaves little time for blogging. Sorry.
I was hopping around tonight on blogs as my relaxation thereapy, and I saw this cute video tutorial on Sew Modern's blog. It's for a simple napkin with a mitered corner. Nice. And it's made with Flea Market Fancy, which I know a lot of people love! (Mine is on it's way to me....can't wait to get me some!) Check it out. It's their first one, and it gives you a sense of how cute the shop is and how sweet the gals are who work there!
Enjoy. Hope you're all doing well. I'll be back soon with my quilty stuff.
Until Next Time,
Mama Pea

We only use cloth napkins at my house. I usually don't take the time to miter the corners, but I have done it in the past. Cloth napkins make good wedding gifts.

I suppose you haven't noticed how those napkin colors just happen to match your kitchen window treatments perfectly!

Sounds like you've been working a lot, but I feel like you've been blogging a lot lately too. You must be good at "doing it all!"
I've made these napkins, using the idea from The Purl Bee blog and from Amy Karol's Bend the Rules Sewing book. Very fun project! I made a set for my parents, who love fabric napkins. Can't get my hubby to give up his beloved paper towels - lol!

We need to do this at our house!! We're always using paper plates and paper napkins. Maybe some very pretty napkins would help us break that habit! Can't wait to see what you're doing with your Flea Market Fancy fabric.
